We are teaching how to improve setting in volleyball by focusing on the starting points. Coach K starts with the importance of foot placement.
The first point in teaching setting in volleyball is all about foot placement. The player s right foot should always be in front of the left foot.
This provides the best stance for the setter. This helps to prevent the setter from turning into the net and setting the ball over it.
